As the Russian parliament prepares to vote on a law that would restrict smoking in public places (I get that), the leader of the country's Liberal Democratic Party has called for additional regulations on excessive eating and sexual activity....wait a minute? So what you are saying my furry hat is you want a bunch of russians that arnt getting laid roaming your cities.
