The Federal Health Minister in Australi, Tanya Plibersek, said that childcare centers should disallow the blowing out of candles on children’s’ birthdays due to the rapid spreading of germs....I agree that germs are spread easily that way.. maybe we should just teach the kids to not spray it... or how about a cake for them to spit all over and one for everyone to eat.. or how about antibacterial icing.... ok, perhaps they are onto something down under.
