Earlier this week, Justin Bieber came under fire for a photo that surfaced online of a meet-and-greet session with a fan, in which it looks like the pop star is grabbing her breast. The fan - Jocelyn - denies that the Bieb touched her, and said on her Twitter, "People can think what they want but I know what really happened & Justin does too so everyone else's opinions don't matter to me."

Well, now we finally have a response to "Boob-Gate 2013" from Justin's camp, which is that a rep for the pop star denies he got touchy. The rep wanted to make that clear, and told E! online, "That definitely did not happen. He was pulling away from her." The rep goes on to say, "It's ridiculous."
