Ok, this is pure speculation on my part, but I think he is so concerned becuse he has some nudes of him/selena/insert celebrity chicks name here on a camera/computer.  I mean, isn't that the only reason you would be concerned? It sure as heck isn't because he can't afford to buy more stuff.
