A Bridgeport man was arrested after he is accused of stripping naked and running away with his girlfriend's naked baby in his hands onto Interstate 95 early Saturday morning.

The baby's mother told police that Santos Rodriguez has a history of abusing PCP and when she returned home, he was "acting erratically" and was "stumbling around."

According to the girlfriend, Rodriguez told her that she was the devil and threw the Holy Bible at her.

After taking his clothes off, Rodriguez grabbed the baby and started removing her clothes. Police said he pushed the woman away and ran out of the home with the baby in his hands.
