Are you in the market for a new home? Something in Los Angeles, three bedrooms, three baths, just fine for a family, and includes a demonic spirit who will invade your dreams? Well, we’ve found just the place for you!
The house where Freddy Krueger did much of his dirty work, haunting the dreams of Nancy Thompson and her friends in Wes Craven’s 1984 classic “A Nightmare On Elm Street,” is on the market, and if you’re a horror fan with deep pockets, the West Hollywood home can be yours for a mere $2.1 million. Just be warned, while the exterior still looks the same as it did “Nightmare” and the sequels “Freddy’s Revenge” and “Wes Craven’s New Nightmare,” the actual interior of the house wasn’t used in the movie … and even if it was, the current owners who are eager to sell had extensive renovations done in 2006, citing poor treatment by the previous owners.
